FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How do you measure political communication?

Reach within the relevant geography rather than total reach, which content themes generate genuine response, tone of response over time, and how a specific issue moved. A post with high reach in the wrong constituency achieves nothing.

Can social media engagement predict election results?

No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling confidence they do not have. Social response is not a poll. It tells you which themes people respond to and how sentiment is moving, which is useful for planning and useless for forecasting.

How do you handle the model code of conduct?

We work within it and keep records accordingly: what ran, where, when, and what it cost, in a form that can be submitted. Where content requires pre-certification, that is built into the timeline rather than discovered at the last moment.

Will you buy followers or run fake accounts for us?

No. Beyond being dishonest, these tactics are increasingly detected by platforms and by opponents, and the damage when they surface is worse than any benefit. We build reach through real content and legitimate advertising.

Can you produce content in Marathi and Hindi?

Yes. Language is matched to the constituency audience rather than to convenience. Content is produced in Marathi, Hindi, or English as the ward requires, often in more than one.

What does a political image campaign actually involve?

Constituency and ward-level issue mapping, positioning built on verifiable work, a monthly content calendar, daily creative production, event and ground activity coverage, speech points and announcement designs, and social page management with a response framework.

Do you only work during election season?

The strongest campaigns run year round. Communication that begins two months before voting is visibly communication that began two months before voting, and voters read it that way. Sustained presence costs less per month and is considerably more credible.

How do we know if the app is succeeding?

Retention, not installs. Ten thousand installs with two hundred monthly users is a failure with a flattering number attached. We instrument the app before launch so you can see which screens people reach and where they abandon.
