FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How much should I spend on ads to start?

Enough to produce a readable result rather than a round number. Below a certain level the data is too thin to learn anything and the money is simply gone. We calculate the floor from your market cost per click and how many conversions are needed to judge a test, then start there.

Google Ads or Meta Ads, which is better?

Different jobs. Google captures people already searching for a solution, so intent is high and cost per click reflects that. Meta puts you in front of people who were not looking, so it is better for awareness, visual products, and local offers. Many businesses need both, but rarely at the same time when starting.

How quickly will I see results from paid advertising?

Enquiries can begin within days. Meaningful optimisation takes two to four weeks, because the platform needs conversion data before it can improve. Judging a campaign after three days is the most common and most expensive mistake clients make.

Why is conversion tracking so important?

Without it the platform optimises towards cheap clicks, and cheap clicks are almost never customers. It is the single biggest difference between an account that works and one that quietly burns budget. We verify it before anything goes live.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is a poor incentive. We charge a management fee based on the work involved.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always, in your name. We work inside it with access you can revoke. If an agency insists on running ads through its own account, you lose your data and history the day you leave.

What is remarketing and is it worth it?

Showing ads to people who already visited your site but did not enquire. It is usually the cheapest conversions in an account, because those people already know you. Worth running for almost every business, with sensible frequency caps so it does not become irritating.

Why are my ads getting clicks but no enquiries?

Almost always the landing page or the offer rather than the targeting. If the page does not match the promise in the ad, is slow, or makes contacting you difficult, the clicks are wasted. This is the first place we look.

What is a good cost per lead?

Whatever is profitable for your business, which depends on what a customer is worth and what proportion you close. A 5,000 rupee cost per lead is excellent for real estate and terrible for a cafe. We establish your number before spending, not after.

Can you advertise in multiple countries at once?

Yes, but as separate campaigns with separate budgets and creative rather than one campaign with several countries selected. Costs, competition, and language differ, and a combined campaign will quietly spend most of the budget in the cheapest market.
