FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Do you work with startups that have no track record yet?

Yes, with one caveat. Early-stage businesses often need to test whether the offer works at all before scaling spend. We structure that as a smaller, faster test rather than a full retainer, because committing to a large monthly programme before product-market fit wastes money.

How much of my time will this take?

Roughly two hours a month once things are running: one review call, plus feedback on creative and enquiry quality. The first month needs a little more while we gather information and set up access.

Can you audit what we have before we commit to anything?

Yes. We review your website, search presence, social channels, and competitors, and tell you what we would prioritise. If that review suggests you should fix something internally before spending on marketing, we will say so.

What if I do not know my budget yet?

That is normal and we can work it out together. The calculation starts from what a customer is worth to you and how many you want each month, not from a round number. We would rather start smaller and scale what proves profitable.

Do I need to have a website before starting marketing?

You need somewhere for traffic to land that explains your offer and lets people contact you. That does not have to be a full website. For some campaigns a single well-built landing page is enough to start, and the full site can follow once you know what messages work.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a week of agreeing scope. Audit and setup work begins immediately; campaigns typically go live in the second or third week once tracking is verified and the first creative is approved.

What happens in the first conversation?

It is diagnostic, not a pitch. We ask what you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, where enquiries currently come from, and what you have already tried. It takes 30 to 45 minutes, costs nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards.

How do I know which service my business actually needs?

Start from where the process breaks rather than what looks missing. If nobody finds you, the answer is search and paid advertising. If people find you but do not enquire, it is the website and the offer. If they enquire but nothing closes, it is follow-up speed. We work this out in the first call and will tell you if the answer is a service we do not sell.
