How this helps your business

Digital marketing works when every channel points at the same business goal. We build one plan that connects search, social, paid ads, and content, then improve it every month using real numbers instead of guesswork.

Our approach

Most businesses do not have a traffic problem, they have a clarity problem. We start by fixing what your brand says and who it says it to, then put budget behind the messages that actually bring inquiries. You see exactly where every rupee goes and what it returned.

Next step

Share your requirement, city, target audience, and monthly budget. Our team will suggest the right plan for your brand, campaign, or product.

FAQ

Digital Marketing questions.

How long before we see results from digital marketing?

Paid campaigns can start producing inquiries within the first two weeks. SEO and organic social usually show clear movement between month three and month six, depending on competition and how much content already exists.

What monthly budget should a small Pune business plan for?

Service fees and ad spend are separate. We recommend deciding ad spend based on your average customer value and how many customers you want each month, then scaling only what proves profitable.

In Detail

Digital Marketing, explained properly.

What the work involves, how it runs, what is realistic, and what we need from you.

What you are actually buying

When a business hires a digital marketing agency, it is rarely buying posts, ads, or reports. It is buying a reliable answer to one question: where will next month customers come from, and what does each one cost?

Everything else is method. Search, social, paid advertising, content, and email are channels, and channels only matter to the extent that they move that number. We plan backwards from it, which is why the first thing we ask about is not your Instagram following but your average customer value and how many enquiries you can actually handle.

This matters because the correct strategy for a business that closes two large contracts a year is almost the opposite of the one for a business that needs forty small orders a week. Most wasted budget comes from applying the second approach to the first kind of company.

The first ninety days

Month one is diagnosis and foundation. We audit what exists, fix tracking so future decisions rest on real data, correct the obvious technical and listing problems, and agree the messages worth testing. Some visibility improvements land in this month simply because the basics were never done.

Month two is the first real test. A small number of clearly different campaigns and messages go live, each with enough budget to produce a readable result rather than a guess. We are not looking for a winner yet, we are eliminating what obviously does not work.

Month three is concentration. Budget moves to what earned it, losing variants are stopped, and the organic work started in month one begins showing movement. By the end of this period you should know your cost per qualified enquiry and have a defensible view of what scaling looks like.

  • Week 1 to 2: audit, tracking installation, keyword and competitor mapping
  • Week 3 to 4: message development, landing pages, campaign build
  • Month 2: live testing across a controlled set of variants
  • Month 3: consolidation, scaling what works, first full performance review

Paid advertising

Paid campaigns are the fastest way to learn whether your offer and message work. That speed cuts both ways, which is why setup discipline matters more than any targeting trick.

Nothing goes live before conversion tracking is installed and verified. Without it the platform optimises towards cheap clicks, and cheap clicks are almost never customers. Once tracking is sound, we run a deliberately small set of clearly different angles, give each enough budget to produce a readable result, and let the numbers decide.

Weekly we review search terms, placements, creative fatigue, and cost per qualified enquiry. Poor performers are stopped rather than left running quietly in the background, which is where most agency waste hides. The ad account is yours and you have access throughout, so the spend is never something you have to take on trust.

  • Google Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
  • Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram
  • LinkedIn for B2B and recruitment where the economics justify it
  • Remarketing to people who visited but did not enquire
  • Landing pages built for the specific campaign, not the homepage
  • Weekly optimisation and negative keyword management

Social media and content

Social media works when it does one of three jobs: proving you exist and are active, demonstrating competence, or giving people a reason to remember you between purchases. Posting daily to satisfy an algorithm serves none of these.

We build a monthly calendar around those jobs, mixing work you have actually done, questions customers actually ask, seasonal and festival moments where relevant, and short video where the audience rewards it. Volume is set by what can be sustained at a decent standard rather than by an arbitrary target.

Content beyond social follows the same logic. A genuinely useful article that answers a question a buyer has at the point of decision will keep producing enquiries for years. Twenty thin posts written for a keyword tool will not, and increasingly get filtered out entirely.

Tracking, attribution, and what we report

Attribution has become genuinely harder. Privacy changes, cookie restrictions, and multi-device journeys mean no platform tells the whole truth, and each one over-claims its own contribution. Anyone presenting a perfectly clean attribution picture is showing you a simplification.

What we do instead is combine platform data with what your own systems know: enquiry volume, source where captured, and where possible what closed. Add a consistent question at the point of enquiry, and within a couple of months you have a workable picture without pretending to a precision that does not exist.

The monthly report is written in plain language. What ran, what it cost, what it produced, what changed since last month, and the specific recommendation for next month. If something went backwards it is in the report with an explanation.

Running campaigns in international markets

Campaigns for the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf, or Australia are not the Indian campaign with the location setting changed. Search intent differs, competitors are a different set, cost per click can be several times higher, and the language that builds trust is not the same.

We research each target market separately: how buyers there describe the problem, what the results page already looks like, what the realistic cost per enquiry is, and whether the budget available can compete at all. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that a narrower geography or a different channel is the better use of money, and we would rather say that before you spend.

Practical handling comes with it: market-appropriate English, currency and timezone-aware scheduling, GDPR-compliant tracking and consent for UK and EU campaigns, and reporting aligned to your business calendar rather than ours.

What we need from you

The engagements that work best share one trait: the client is responsive on a small number of things. We do not need much of your time, but the things we do need are hard to substitute.

  • Honest numbers: what a customer is worth and what you currently close
  • Access to ad accounts, analytics, and your website, in your name
  • A single decision-maker who can approve creative without a committee
  • Feedback on enquiry quality, not just quantity, within a few days
  • Photographs and real examples of your work where available
  • Roughly two hours a month for the review call

Mistakes we most often inherit

Almost every account we take over shows some version of the same handful of problems. None are exotic, and all are fixable.

  • Conversion tracking broken or measuring page views instead of enquiries
  • Budget spread thinly across every channel so nothing reaches a readable result
  • Ads pointing at the homepage instead of a page about the thing advertised
  • Broad match keywords quietly spending on irrelevant searches for months
  • Reporting built on impressions and reach with no line connecting to enquiries
  • A Google Business Profile left unclaimed while budget goes to paid search
