FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Which metrics actually matter?

The ones connected to money: qualified enquiries, cost per enquiry, and where those enquiries came from. Impressions, reach, and follower counts are context. Presenting them as results is the oldest trick in agency reporting.

What does your monthly report include?

What ran, what it cost, what it produced, what changed since last month, and the specific recommendation for the coming month. In plain language, not a screenshot dump. If a number went the wrong way it appears with an explanation rather than being omitted.

Should offline and digital run together?

Always. The offline ad creates awareness and prompts a search. If the landing page does not exist, branded search is not covered, or the phone goes unanswered on the day the ad runs, you have paid for demand and handed it to a competitor.

Can you design hoardings and outdoor material?

Yes, including hoardings, standees, banners, vehicle branding, and signage. Outdoor has its own rules: far fewer words, much larger type, and one idea, because your reader is moving.

Why do print files need special preparation?

Because mistakes are only discovered once thousands of copies exist. Files must be CMYK, 300 dpi at final size, with correct bleed and embedded fonts. RGB files print muddy, screen-resolution images pixelate, and missing bleed produces a white edge on every copy.

What size newspaper ad should we book?

Smaller than most people expect, more often. A well-designed quarter page appearing three times usually outperforms a full page appearing once, because frequency builds recognition and a single insertion is easily missed.

How do we know if a print ad worked?

We build attribution into the design: a QR code leading to a campaign-specific landing page, a dedicated phone number, or a unique offer code. QR codes in particular have become normal enough that people actually use them.

Is newspaper advertising worth it in 2026?

For announcements, launches, tenders, results, and local awareness, it still carries an authority digital lacks. It also reaches people your digital campaigns do not, particularly older buyers and households where the regional paper is read daily.
