What kind of agency this is
Shivay DigitalCrowd Media Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a digital marketing and technology company headquartered in Pune, India. We work with local businesses, public representatives, institutions, and growing brands here, and with clients in North America, the UK and Europe, the Gulf, Australia, and New Zealand.
The practical description is that we are a full-service team rather than a specialist in one channel. Strategy, design, web and software development, campaign management, and offline advertising sit under one roof. That matters because most of what fails in marketing fails at the joins: the campaign that points at a page nobody wrote properly, the brand system that was never applied, the enquiries that arrive and go nowhere.
What we are not is a large agency. You will deal with the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying instructions, and we take on the number of clients we can serve properly rather than the number we could sign.
How we think about the work
Every engagement reduces to one question: where will next month customers come from, and what does each one cost? Channels, creative, and content are methods for answering it. They are not the point, and treating them as the point is how budgets get spent on activity that produces nothing.
That means we start with your numbers rather than with a proposal. What a customer is worth over the whole relationship, what proportion of enquiries you actually close, and what you can therefore afford to pay for one. Without those figures, any recommendation about budget is guesswork with confidence attached.
It also means we frequently recommend less than a client expected. A limited budget spread across nine channels does nothing well. Concentrating it on two, properly, produces a readable result and a basis for the next decision.
The positions we hold
A few things we are firm about, because they come up in almost every first conversation and it saves time to state them.
What we actually do
Nine services, which are components rather than a menu to order the maximum from. We assemble them differently depending on whether a business needs visibility, credibility, enquiries, or a system to handle what it already gets.
Digital marketing covers search, paid advertising, social, and content. Web design and development builds the sites those campaigns point at. Branding produces the visual system everything else is expressed in. Software and AI work removes the manual bottlenecks that appear once enquiry volume rises. Mobile apps where a business genuinely needs one, which is less often than people assume.
Alongside those sit three that most digital agencies have quietly dropped: political image campaigns, radio advertising, and print media. We kept them because for a substantial part of our market they still work, and because a client running a launch usually needs the newspaper insertion and the retargeting campaign designed together rather than by two separate suppliers.
Sectors we know well
We work across nine sectors, and the depth is not equal in all of them. Where we have genuine experience we will show it; where we would be researching from scratch, we say so and put the research time in the plan rather than pretending.
Our strongest areas are political and public communication, local service businesses, healthcare, education, and real estate. These share a characteristic: the buying decision is local, trust-dependent, and heavily influenced by what is visible online at the moment of searching.
We also work with retail and e-commerce brands, restaurants and hospitality, corporate and B2B firms, and professional services including consultants and public-interest organisations.
Working across five markets
Roughly speaking, we are in the same working day as the Gulf, share most of it with the UK and Europe, meet North America in our afternoon, and deliver overnight for Australia and New Zealand. Distance is a scheduling problem, and scheduling problems are solvable.
The things that actually matter are less obvious than time zones. We write in the spelling and idiom of the market rather than in Indian English. We handle GDPR-aware consent and tracking for European work. We invoice in your currency. Contracts, ownership, and data handling are documented before anything starts.
We are also candid about the limits. Some work genuinely requires local presence: physical events, print distribution, radio buying, on-site photography. For those we use local partners and tell you clearly which parts those are, rather than claiming to handle everything remotely from another continent.
How an engagement runs
The first conversation is diagnostic rather than a pitch, takes about forty minutes, costs nothing, and sometimes ends with us suggesting you spend the money elsewhere.
If it goes further, you get a written scope: what we would do in the first ninety days, in what order, what it costs, and what we expect it to change. That document is what both sides are measured against, and it includes an explicit list of what is not included, because scope gaps are what sour agency relationships.
Then the work runs on a monthly rhythm: campaigns optimised weekly, a review call each month, and a report written in plain language covering what ran, what it cost, what it produced, and the specific recommendation for next month.
When we are not the right choice
It is more useful to say this publicly than to discover it three months into an engagement.
Talking to us
The most useful first message tells us what you sell, roughly what a customer is worth, which city or country you serve, and what you want more of. Approximate numbers are fine.
We reply within 24 hours on working days, across every market we serve. If the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, you will get that answer in the first conversation rather than in the third month.
