FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

What does your monthly report include?

What ran, what it cost, what it produced, what changed since last month, and the specific recommendation for the coming month. In plain language, not a screenshot dump. If a number went the wrong way it appears with an explanation rather than being omitted.

Which metrics actually matter?

The ones connected to money: qualified enquiries, cost per enquiry, and where those enquiries came from. Impressions, reach, and follower counts are context. Presenting them as results is the oldest trick in agency reporting.

How do you know which channel produced an enquiry?

Imperfectly, and we are honest about that. Privacy changes and multi-device journeys mean no platform tells the whole truth and each over-claims. We combine platform data with what your own systems know, plus a consistent question at the point of enquiry, which gets close enough to make decisions.

When will we see results?

Paid advertising can produce enquiries within days and becomes meaningful after two to four weeks. SEO and organic social show clear movement between month three and six. Branding and website work show up as improved conversion rather than as a separate number.

What if the results are not good?

It appears in the report with an explanation and a proposed change. If a channel is not working after a fair test, we recommend stopping it rather than continuing to invoice for it. If the whole approach is wrong, we say that too.

Can we see the data ourselves?

Yes. Analytics, Search Console, and ad accounts are in your name and you have access throughout. The report interprets the data; it does not replace your ability to check it.

Do you report on enquiry quality or just quantity?

Both, and quality needs your input. We ask for feedback on which enquiries were worth having, because volume without quality is easy to produce and worth very little. That feedback then reshapes targeting.

How often do we review performance?

A monthly review call as standard, with more frequent contact during a launch or a high-stakes period. Campaigns are optimised weekly regardless of when we speak.

What is a realistic return on marketing spend?

It depends on your margin, customer value, and repeat rate, so a single benchmark would be meaningless. We establish your target before spending, based on what you can afford per customer, and report against that rather than against an industry average.

Do you set targets we can hold you to?

We set targets for the work and for leading indicators we can genuinely influence. We do not guarantee a revenue figure, because that depends on your sales process, pricing, and capacity as much as on marketing.
