FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How do you price your work?

One-time projects such as websites, branding, apps, and software are quoted as a fixed scope with defined deliverables. Ongoing work such as marketing, content, and campaign management is a monthly retainer. Advertising spend is always separate and paid by you directly to the platform.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

No, and it never should be. Ad spend goes directly from your account to Google, Meta, or the publication. We do not mark it up and we do not handle it, so you can see every rupee or dollar of it yourself.

Why do you not publish fixed prices on the website?

Because the same service can be a very different amount of work depending on the market, competition, and where you are starting from. A published price would either be so high it puts off good clients or so low it becomes meaningless once scope is discussed. You get a written quote after the audit.

What is the smallest engagement you take on?

A single project such as a landing page, a brand kit, or an audit. For ongoing marketing there is a practical floor, because below a certain level the work cannot produce a readable result and neither of us benefits. We will tell you where that floor sits for your market.

Do you charge for the initial audit?

The first review and conversation are free. A deep technical or competitive audit that produces a written document is chargeable, and that fee is credited against the project if you proceed.

What are your payment terms?

Projects are typically split across milestones, commonly an advance to begin and the balance at delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Exact terms are in the agreement before work starts.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. We invoice in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, NZD, or INR depending on where you are. Bank transfer is standard; other methods can be arranged.

What happens if I want to stop?

Retainers end with notice as agreed, usually 30 days. We hand over files, documentation, and access so nothing you paid for is lost. There is no penalty and no attempt to keep you by holding assets.

Do prices change during a contract?

Not within an agreed term. If scope grows materially we quote the addition separately rather than absorbing it quietly and then raising the rate later.

What is not included in a typical retainer?

Advertising spend, third-party software subscriptions, stock imagery licences, photography and videography shoots, printing costs, and media buying costs. These are listed explicitly in the scope so there are no surprises.
