FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

When should admission campaigns start?

Earlier than most institutes think. Parents begin researching two to four months before applications, and the institutions visible during that research phase are the ones shortlisted. Starting when applications open means competing for people who have already decided.

Should we market to parents or students?

Depends on the stage. For school and junior college, parents decide and students influence. For professional courses and higher education, students decide and parents fund. The message and the channel both change accordingly.

What content actually persuades parents?

Proof and reassurance. Results, faculty credentials, safety, infrastructure, alumni outcomes, and honest answers about fees. Parents are risk-averse about their child future, and confident vagueness reads as evasion.

How do we handle admission enquiries better?

Speed and structure. An enquiry that waits two days is usually lost to an institute that replied in an hour. Automated acknowledgement, immediate routing to a counsellor, and enforced follow-up reminders change conversion more than additional ad spend.

How do coaching classes compete with larger brands?

On local specificity and genuine results. A national brand cannot credibly claim to know the local board pattern, the local competition, or individual teachers by name. That specificity is a real advantage if it is actually communicated.

Can we advertise our results and rankings?

Yes, if they are accurate and presented without misleading context. Selective presentation, such as showing the top three results and implying they are typical, is the kind of claim that draws complaints and increasingly regulatory attention.

What role does the website play in admissions?

It answers the questions a parent will not ask on a call: fees, curriculum, timings, faculty, facilities, and process. A site that hides fees behind an enquiry form loses serious parents who assume it means expensive.

Should we run ads during admission season only?

Concentrate spend there, but do not disappear entirely between seasons. Brand recognition built through the year makes the admission campaign cheaper, because you are reminding rather than introducing.

How do we market online courses differently?

Different problem. Physical institutions sell trust and proximity; online courses sell outcome and flexibility, and face far more competition. Free value first, such as a sample lesson or a genuinely useful resource, works better than direct selling.
