FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How long before a clinic sees results?

Local visibility work often shows within four to eight weeks. Paid campaigns can produce enquiries in days where the speciality is eligible. Building an authoritative content presence for competitive treatment terms takes several months.

What about negative reviews from patients?

Reply publicly, briefly, without discussing any clinical detail, and move the conversation to a private channel. Confidentiality applies in a review reply exactly as it does anywhere else, and breaching it to defend yourself is far worse than the review.

Is patient data safe in these systems?

It has to be handled deliberately. We keep clinical information out of marketing systems entirely, limit enquiry forms to what is needed to book a call, and document where any personal data is stored. For UK and EU patients, this is a legal requirement rather than a preference.

Can we run ads for medical services?

Yes, with restrictions. Google and Meta both limit healthcare advertising, particularly around personal health targeting, and some treatments require certification. We check eligibility before planning spend rather than after an account gets restricted.

What content works for healthcare?

Patient education that answers the question someone actually typed at midnight. What the condition is, what the options are, what a consultation involves, what recovery looks like. Useful, calm, non-alarming information builds more trust than any promotional post.

How do we get more patient reviews without breaking rules?

By asking every satisfied patient at the right moment through a system that makes it easy, and never incentivising or filtering. Offering anything in exchange for a review breaches platform policy and, in several markets, advertising law.

What is the highest-return marketing for a clinic?

Almost always Google Business Profile plus a genuine review programme. Patients search for a speciality near them, and the map results appear above everything else. A complete profile with real photographs, correct hours, and steady recent reviews outperforms most paid campaigns.

What marketing is a clinic actually allowed to do?

Rules vary by country and by medical council, and they generally restrict guarantees of cure, before-and-after imagery in some specialities, comparative claims against other practitioners, and testimonials in certain jurisdictions. We work within your regulator rules and will tell you when a request crosses a line.
