FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Why does brand consistency matter commercially?

Recognition compounds. Every piece following the same system reinforces the last, so your marketing spend works harder each month. Every piece that does not is a small tax on everything else you do.

How many logo options will we see?

Two or three genuinely different directions rather than twenty variations of one idea. Distinct options make the decision meaningful; a long menu of near-identical marks makes it arbitrary.

How long does a branding project take?

Three to six weeks for a full identity, depending on scope. Feedback speed is usually the deciding factor, which is why we ask for one decision-maker rather than a committee.

What is included in a brand kit?

Logo files in every format and variation, a defined colour palette with print and screen values, typography rules, spacing and layout principles, photography direction, and a written guideline document. Plus editable templates for the material you produce regularly.

Do I need a new logo or can we keep the current one?

Our default with an existing business is to refine rather than replace. If customers already recognise your mark, discarding it destroys recognition you paid years to build. Most older logos need better execution rather than a new idea.

What if I want changes after launch?

Small changes are usually covered by a care plan or charged hourly. Larger additions are quoted separately. Because you can edit content yourself, most post-launch changes do not need us at all.

Will the site work properly on phones?

It is designed mobile first, because that is where most of your traffic is, and tested on real devices including older cheaper handsets rather than only on a recent flagship in a simulator.

What ongoing maintenance does a website need?

Platform and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, and periodic content updates. This is real and continuing. A WordPress site left untouched for a year becomes a security risk, so we offer a care plan or hand over instructions if you prefer to manage it internally.
