FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Is my customer data safe if we use AI tools?

We keep data inside systems you own wherever possible, and where a third-party service is genuinely necessary we tell you which one and why. We choose providers whose terms do not allow your customer data to be used for training, and we document where every piece of information is stored.

Will the assistant pretend to be a human?

No. We disclose that a visitor is talking to an assistant, and if someone asks directly it answers honestly. Deceiving customers on this is both wrong and, when discovered, more damaging than never having the assistant.

Is a chatbot going to annoy my customers?

It will if it guesses. We build assistants on your actual services, pricing structure, and process, scoped to answer within that and instructed to hand over to a human when a question falls outside. Every assistant is tested against real questions, including awkward ones, before it goes live.

What is the single highest-value automation to start with?

Response speed on enquiries. Someone submits a form on Sunday evening and hears nothing until Tuesday, by which point they have spoken to two competitors. An instant acknowledgement, an answer to the obvious first question, and a routed alert changes conversion more than most creative work.

Will AI replace people on my team?

That is not what we build for. The goal is removing the repetitive first ninety seconds of a task so your people spend time on the conversations that close business. In practice it usually means the same team handling more enquiries rather than fewer people handling the same number.

Where does AI genuinely help a business like mine?

Where a task is repetitive, high volume, and low judgement. Answering the same six questions forty times a week is a good candidate. Deciding whether to extend credit to a customer is not. We map where your team actually spends time and automate only what passes that test.

Should our branding follow current design trends?

Cautiously. A brand that chases a trend looks dated within two years and then needs redoing. We aim for something that still works in five years, with the flexibility to refresh campaign creative without touching the core identity.

Do you provide templates our team can use?

Yes, and this is usually the most valuable part. Editable social, presentation, and document templates let your own team produce on-brand material without commissioning a designer for every announcement.

What if we already have brand guidelines?

We work within them. If something in the existing system is causing practical problems, such as a colour that fails accessibility contrast or a font with no usable weights, we will point it out and suggest a fix rather than quietly ignoring the guideline.

Can you design for print as well as digital?

Yes, and print has stricter technical requirements. Files are supplied in CMYK at print resolution with correct bleed and embedded fonts, in the format your printer actually asked for.
