FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How often will we speak?

A monthly review call as standard, with more frequent contact during setup or a campaign launch. Between calls, we are reachable by email and WhatsApp, and we do not charge for questions.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

One point of contact for the whole engagement, who knows your account rather than reading from a brief. Specialists work behind that person, but you are not passed between them.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Tell us early. Projects include defined revision rounds, and for retainers the monthly review exists exactly so problems get raised while they are still fixable. If the relationship is not working, we would rather end it cleanly than keep invoicing.

Who owns the work once it is paid for?

You do. Websites, designs, source files, code, and content are yours as set out in the agreement. Domains, hosting, ad accounts, and analytics stay in your name throughout.

Is there a discount for taking multiple services?

There is a real efficiency when services share the same strategy and creative system, and the pricing reflects that. We will not, however, encourage you to buy services you do not need in order to reach a bundle.

Do you offer performance-based or commission pricing?

Rarely, and only where attribution is genuinely clean and both sides can verify the numbers. In most cases it creates an incentive to chase easy conversions rather than valuable ones, which is not in your interest even though it sounds like it is.

What is not included in a typical retainer?

Advertising spend, third-party software subscriptions, stock imagery licences, photography and videography shoots, printing costs, and media buying costs. These are listed explicitly in the scope so there are no surprises.

Do prices change during a contract?

Not within an agreed term. If scope grows materially we quote the addition separately rather than absorbing it quietly and then raising the rate later.

What happens if I want to stop?

Retainers end with notice as agreed, usually 30 days. We hand over files, documentation, and access so nothing you paid for is lost. There is no penalty and no attempt to keep you by holding assets.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. We invoice in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, NZD, or INR depending on where you are. Bank transfer is standard; other methods can be arranged.
