FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

How do you deal with disagreement about creative direction?

By going back to what the work is supposed to achieve. If we think a change will hurt results we will say so once, with reasoning. After that it is your brand and your decision, and we note it so we can judge the outcome fairly later.

What if my main contact at your end leaves?

Accounts are documented so knowledge does not live in one person head. You would be introduced to the replacement with a handover call rather than discovering the change through a different name in your inbox.

Will you publish our work as a case study?

Only with your written approval, and only with results that are real and verifiable. If you would rather remain unnamed, we can present the work anonymously or not at all.

How do you handle confidential information?

Under a signed agreement, with access limited to the people who need it. We do not use your commercial information in other client work, and we do not name you publicly as a client without permission.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM India time as standard. For clients in other markets we schedule calls in the overlap window, and urgent issues during a live campaign are handled outside those hours.

What do you need from me each month?

Feedback on enquiry quality within a few days, approval on creative, and any news from your side that should shape content, such as an offer, an event, or a new service. Roughly two hours in total.

How do you handle approvals?

Creative and copy go to you before publication, with a clear deadline. We ask for one decision-maker rather than a committee, because approval by consensus reliably slows work down and produces the least interesting option.

Do I get access to my own ad accounts and analytics?

Always, and they are in your name from the start. We work inside accounts you own with access you can revoke at any moment. Any agency that keeps your ad account in its own name is creating a hostage, not a service.

What does the monthly report contain?

What ran, what it cost, what it produced, what changed since last month, and the specific recommendation for the coming month, written in plain language. If a number went the wrong way it is in the report with an explanation, not omitted.
