FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Are delivery platforms worth it given the commission?

They deliver volume and take a large share of the margin. The sensible strategy is using them for discovery while building direct ordering for repeat customers, so the platform pays for acquisition and you keep the retention.

Is Instagram the most important platform for restaurants?

For discovery and desire, yes. But Google is where the decision usually completes, because that is where people check hours, location, and ratings. An excellent Instagram with a neglected Google listing loses customers at the final step.

How do we get more Google reviews?

Ask at the right moment through a system that removes friction, usually a QR code on the bill. Never buy them and never offer a discount for one, both of which breach platform policy and are increasingly detected.

What matters most for a restaurant online?

Photography and Google reviews, in that order. People decide from images and ratings. Excellent food with poor pictures loses to average food with good ones, which is unfair and entirely true.

What does an admission campaign cost?

It scales with the number of seats, the catchment, and the competition. We work backwards from your target intake and what a student is worth over the full course rather than quoting a standard package.

Can you help with placement and alumni communication?

Yes, and it is undervalued. Alumni outcomes are the strongest proof an institution has, and most collect them poorly. A structured system for capturing and publishing them pays back across every admission cycle.

How do we get more walk-ins to the campus?

Make visiting the explicit call to action rather than a form fill, offer specific slots rather than open invitations, and follow up the same day. Open house events with a real reason to attend outperform generic invitations.

Is print still relevant for education?

For admission season in regional markets, yes. Newspaper insertions and pamphlets in feeder areas still reach parents effectively, particularly outside metros, and pair well with digital retargeting.
