FAQ

Everything clients ask us, answered.

Pricing, timelines, ownership, reporting, international engagements, and how the work actually runs day to day.

Why did my rankings drop suddenly?

Usually one of four things: a Google algorithm update, a competitor improving, a technical problem on your site, or a change you made. We diagnose which before reacting, because responding to an algorithm update by panicking and rewriting everything typically makes it worse.

Is SEO worth it for a very local business?

Often it is the best value marketing available, because competition for local terms is much lower than for national ones. A plumber or a clinic in a specific area can reach the top of local results for a fraction of what a national brand spends.

How do you report on SEO?

Rankings for the terms that matter, organic traffic, which pages produce enquiries, and Google Business Profile activity such as calls and direction requests. Position numbers alone are not the point; enquiries are.

Should I target international keywords from India?

Only with market-specific research. The same product is described differently in Manchester and Melbourne, competition is a different set, and buyer expectations differ. One page will not rank everywhere, so we plan separate pages and separate research per market.
