Retainers run month to month with notice as set out in the agreement. We ask for a realistic first period, usually three months, because most work cannot show results faster than that. After that it continues only if it is worth continuing.
Your average customer value, roughly what proportion of enquiries you close, which cities or countries you serve, what you have already tried, and any deadline you are working towards. Approximate numbers are fine.
